Meet your Hosts: Joshua & Jared Van Dyke

Welcome to our family-run vacation homes, hosted by brothers Joshua and Jared Van Dyke. Together, we’ve created spaces designed with family getaways in mind, ensuring you have everything you need for a fun and comfortable vacation.

 

Joshua Van Dyke brings his passion for hospitality from the restaurant industry, where he thrives on creating memorable experiences for guests. He loves nothing more than hosting, spending quality time with family and friends, and making sure everyone feels right at home.

 

Jared Van Dyke, with his wife Colleen, bring their expertise in construction and design, with a keen eye for detail and high standards in every aspect of our properties. Known for their adventurous spirit and ability to fix just about anything, Jared and Colleen make sure everything is perfect for your stay.

 

As fathers of four children each, we know what it takes to make a family vacation special. That’s why our properties are large, accommodating, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. We look forward to hosting your next adventure!

Wow wow wow. Amazing property, amazing home amazing host. 10 Of us came to St Augustine for the holiday lights. I found this house and it was perfect. It is better than the photos and description. All 10 of us were so impressed. Temperature is cold this time of year so really enjoying the outdoors especially in the rain was a challenge. Shame because it is absolutely spectacular. 1st night we all watched football and movies under the outside Lanai/Tiki with a big screen TV. 10 of us were super comfortable this weekend. 10 adults taking up 5 bedrooms and 0 issues. We all want to come back and spend more time at the property. As for the host(s) super friendly, rapid responses, accommodating and always willing g to help and give suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend this for your next St Augustine stay. oh, 12 minute walk to St George Street. Totally central. Thanks Josh and Jared. 5 ++++++ stars

This is a fantastic home to stay at for friends and family. Three king bed "suites"! Our bed on the main level was super comfortable - the best bed I've ever slept in at an Airbnb. There are tons of things to do in the garage area with the games and the pool was fantastic! The double oven is a huge help when cooking big meals. We were able to find whatever pots and pans we needed in the well stocked kitchen. There are 3 sitting areas - one for each floor so we could all get some private time when needed. This home is well worth the value! LIZ

We were four couples and this property, featuring two immaculate homes on one lot, was perfect. Both homes are in excellent condition, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The updated bathrooms with colossal, walk-in showers were a highlight! The property amenities are fantastic: pool, spa, game room, and a huge covered outdoor living room. It’s set up well for adults and families (even with two friendly chickens!). And it's only three blocks from the Castillo and St George St, so you won't need your car at all once you arrive. Joshua was a consummate host—super responsive and a wealth of information on local dining/activities. We give this our highest recommendation and will absolutely stay here again!

Love the location. Great walking distance. Not too far but also not too close and was still very private and quite. Amazing local business just down the street. Very clean. Parking situation may be a challenge for some if you are not used to smaller streets and have a bigger sized car. Would definitely come back!

Our group had a nice stay at Jared's place. Host was very responsive and instructions were clear. Place was very spacious, plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. Pool was nice and clean though a bit small for the whole group. Location was ~ 15 min drive to the main town of St. Augustine. However, was quiet, felt safe. <5 min walk to the beautiful beach! Thanks for a nice stay!

This is a great place for a large family! Everyone had a room and the kitchen is well equipped. The location was fantastic, close to historic St. Augustine and the beaches. Communicating with Jared was easy and all questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space that made it easy for 3 families with kiddos to enjoy together. Pool was perfect size and was clean. St. Augustine is a short drive with much to do and see. Excellent kitchen space for cooking!
