Together, we’ve created spaces designed with family getaways in mind, ensuring you have everything you need for a fun and comfortable vacation. Joshua Van Dyke brings his passion for hospitality from the restaurant industry, where he thrives on creating memorable experiences for guests. He loves nothing more than hosting, spending quality time with family and friends, and making sure everyone feels right at home. Jared Van Dyke, with his wife Colleen, bring their expertise in construction and design, with a keen eye for detail and high standards in every aspect of our properties. Known for their adventurous spirit and ability to fix just about anything, Jared and Colleen make sure everything is perfect for your stay. As fathers of four children each, we know what it takes to make a family vacation special. That’s why our properties are large, accommodating, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. The house was exactly what we wanted. We especially appreciated that we had the main house and the pool house. Those who liked to stay up late enjoying tv, etc. were in the main house. Those who appreciated a quieter setting were in the pool house. That was perfect for our family which ranged from 71-year-olds to 18-month-year olds. A great house with great hosts.

House is gorgeous, everything freshly renovated. Joshua is a great host. Location is beautiful. The beach directly in front of the home is not kid-friendly (steep drop, strong surf / big waves). If you walk to the northern side of the Jetty (road access by 69th st) there’s a much calmer beach there. Also, if you wait for low-tide and walk down to beach around 28th street there are sand bars which are very kid-friendly!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this home! We made so many wonderful memories filled with laughter and quality time together. One of our favorite parts was definitely the pool we spent so much time enjoying it! We also loved that the beach was only about a 5 minute walk away, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The home was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely book this property again for another family vacation. A special thank you to Jared and Joshua for being such fantastic hosts. They provided great recommendations for things to do in the area and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend to book !!

We had an amazing time at this rental. We were a large group of 5 families: 9 adults and 6 children aged 8 and under. It was the perfect setup for our group giving each family their own space with ample space in community areas. Area is fantastic! A quick 10 min walk to downtown area with convenience store a 3 min walk away. Host was very accommodating and responsive. We had an issue with AC unit in one of the rooms and within minutes host has arranged a technician to come out and made sure there was a plan B available. 10/10 recommend!

Jared’s airbnb was exceptional. It was the perfect place for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The home included everything we needed and the golf cart when provided quicker access to the beach was a plus. Highly recommend for girls trip or family vacation.
